After working with
the NHS in Special Needs schools, a Language Unit and mainstream clinics, I moved to Saudi Arabia where I was employed
by the Multinational
School in Riyadh, Saudi
Arabia.
I was the sole SLT
there and my responsibilities were the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of speech and language difficulties with children
aged 3-16 years including both mainstream and profound special needs children. I worked there for 2 years.
I then moved to the British International School,
also in Riyadh.
My
responsibilities there were the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of speech, language and reading difficulties with mainstream
children aged 4-13 years. I was employed there for 4 years.
I have recently returned
to the UK to become an Independant Speech and Language Therapist.
